OMNI Management SYstems

Omni Management Systems is dedicated to meeting your oilfield monitoring needs in the Williston Basin. Our goal is to easily and securely connect to your remote facility by tailoring a high speed video and information stream that allows personnel instantaneous information needed to monitor and manage the site.

Some of the benefits provided by our system:

  • Monitor and record equipment and personnel activity on location
  • Prevent or mitigate environmental discharges
  • Reduce assets required to monitor sites
  • Securely store valuable information
  • Minimize equipment downtime
  • Deter theft and vandalism on location
  • Facility conditions quickly determined through website summary

Client Feedback

  • Remote Saltwater Facility: Operator was unable to communicate the available tank capacity at his sites without physically being present. Our system allows him to remotely monitor tank levels at each disposal site and communicate that information to water haulers. As a result of the improved efficiency, disposal volumes and revenue have increased.
  • Saltwater Facility: Operator was having problems with a triplex injection pump. Using the graphing feature on our software, he reviewed historical pump pressure and tank level data and was able to diagnose that the pump was cavitating under certain conditions. He installed a different charge pump, which has reduced the cost of frequent maintenance on the triplex pump.
  • Production Site: Operator was notified via-email that our system detected a treater high pressure alarm. Logging into our system and opening up our pressure graphing feature, he was able to monitor the climbing pressure. Once the treater had reached its maximum allowable working pressure, he shut down the well remotely. It was later determined that frozen gas lines had caused the issue.
  • Production Site: Production manager was monitoring the levels on produced water tanks using our history graphing feature. He noticed that the drawdown slope was abnormal when water was being pumped from the tanks into the disposal line. He was able to identify that the transfer pump was not operating correctly. The pump was replaced that day, allowing the well to continue producing without shutting down.
  • Production Site: Using on site cameras, our system allowed a client to remotely monitor wellsite workover operations. This feature not only provided those offsite with live viewing of progress, but also ensured that the entire operation and any unplanned events would be recorded.
  • Production Site: Operations manager reviews potential spill areas daily at critical wells producing high volumes of fluid. By using the preset camera settings, he can quickly move the camera to key areas such as the wellhead and containment areas around the treater and tanks. Any abnormalities can be quickly communicated to the pumper or roustabouts for a rapid response.
